"Man, these reviews are BAKED. I had been a State Farm auto customer for over a decade. Had one fender bender accident and State Farm, and this branch that I was working through, raised premiums on us and passed along all $3k damages to me over a three year period. This doubled our monthly premium for 2 vehicles. I repeat, zero accidents over a decade. $20k+ paid in premiums over the years. The math doesn't add up and State Farms customer service has dramatically declined over the years."

"I’ve been working with Sandra at Wallah Richardson’s State Farm Insurance Agency for over 7 years, and they deserve a medal (or at least a standing ovation)! Most recently, Sandra helped me get a bond for a trailer I bought off Facebook Marketplace—you know, one of those “great deals” that comes with a missing title. Thanks to Sandra, I finally got the tags, and I can now legally drive my bargain trailer! When I moved back to North Carolina, my sister recommended this office to me because her experience was so amazing. Even though I live in Durham, I still choose to work with them in Charlotte because the level of care and service they provide is unmatched. Over the past few months, I’ve needed help with several things, including insuring a new car—which was no small feat since the car never made it to the lot, and the VIN changed three times! Through all the confusion and hassle, Sandra was incredibly patient and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Add in navigating my first accident and the trailer situation, and Sandra and the team have been absolute lifesavers.
